Many workplace wellbeing programmes focus on fitness or mental health, but nutrition is often overlooked.
Yet what we eat has a direct impact on how we think, feel and function during the working day.

Alongside my corporate talks, I also offer 1:1 nutrition support for employees who want personalised guidance, this can be offered in office or virtually. For remote or hybrid teams, I run seasonal online courses throughout the year, helping staff stay engaged with their health and wellbeing no matter where they’re working from.
I also offer interactive workshops on topics such as eating for sustained energy, lunch inspiration, the importance of breakfast and so much more.
I can also help organise in-office events like ginger shot Mondays to kick start the week, or build-your-own salad bars on Friday. Other popular options are snack swaps, hydration challenges and mini-nutrition drop ins where employees can drop in to ask quick questions throughout the day. These events are a great way to spark interest, start conversations and show your team that their wellbeing is a priority.
