Yes! I can tailor content based on your requirements, whether it’s to support a school topic, employee wellness programme or date in the calendar- such as Mental Health Awareness week.

How long do your workshops and presentations last?

The lunch and learn sessions start at 30 minutes, but my talks and presentations are usually between 45 minutes – 1 hour depending on the topic and level of interaction. Longer workshops can also be arranged.

I offer both in person and online sessions to accommodate different needs and locations.

How much will it cost?

Prices start from £350 for a standard talk. Please get in touch for a tailored proposal.

CORPORATE CLIENTS

How can nutrition workshops benefit our employees?

A healthy diet enhances energy levels, sharpens focus, lowers stress and supports overall well-being, resulting in greater productivity and fewer absences.

Can we book a series of workshops as part of an ongoing wellness programme?

Absolutely! I offer one-off sessions as well as structured programmes covering different aspects of nutrition over time.

1 TO 1 CONSULTATIONS

What happens during a consultation?

Ahead of the first session, I will ask for a completed health questionnaire and 3-day diet diary to be returned to me before the initial meeting. The initial consultation will take around 60 minutes and include a detailed case history as well as current and previous health concerns. After the initial meeting a tailored health plan will be shared with you. Follow-up appointments are usually approximately 4 weeks later, where we check in, monitor progress and make any necessary adjustments.

How long will it take to see results?

Each person is unique and as such, there is no definitive time frame for results. Nutritional therapy aims to create long-lasting change; it’s not a ‘quick fix’. Closely adhering to suggestions will help achieve results quicker.

Is there a minimum number of sessions I need to commit to?

Three sessions are strongly recommended as a minimum for tangible results, ideally working together for at least 12 weeks. Three sessions is a great starting point for addressing and getting to the root cause of health concerns.

Will I get supplement recommendations with every plan?

My focus is on food first, aiming to deliver plans which provide adequate nutrient levels for each client. Supplements are sometimes needed to boost nutrient deficiencies or kick start a protocol. I don’t have any affiliations with supplement companies, with each recommendation being made solely based on therapeutic properties.

What is your cancellation policy?

I understand that we all lead busy lives and am happy to reschedule or cancel 1 to 1 appointments within 48 hours notice. Appointments rescheduled or cancelled within 48 hours will be charged at 50%. Appointments rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged at 100%. A delay of more than 15 minutes for your consultation will lead to the appointment being cancelled and charged at 100%.
